1. We require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50%, to CONFIRM the booking.

2. The BALANCE must be paid 7 DAYS before the Spitbraai.

3. Failure to pay IN FULL can result in the FORFEITURE of your deposit and CANCELLATION of the Spitbraai.

4. Please FAX or E-MAIL DEPOSIT SLIP.

5. We only accept changes in writing or e-mail 7 days prior to the date of the function.

6. Children under 10 years pay half price for food.

7. Kindly ensure that you adhere to the time you requested to be served. We arrive 4 hours before the serving time, prepare the lamb on a gas operated spit and will stay at the venue for 1 hour after serving.

8. Any crockery, cutlery or equipment damaged or lost will be charged for and must be paid to Spit-Braai King personnel at the venue.

9. WE CANNOT PREPARE THE LAMB IN THE RAIN/WIND.

10. Please note that we need a table to serve from.

11. Please note that our spitbraai does not fit through a standard door. Width of spit is 0,8m. Our spitbraai machine is heavy and cannot be carried upstairs by my staff without assistance.

12. Please supply containers for leftover food. We do not leave any equipment behind.

13. VAT NOT APPLICABLE.

14. PRICES are subject to CHANGE without prior notice.
